After graduating from the University of Salford with a first-class honours degree in Media and Performance and knowing, as much as she loved the world of acting, that she probably didn’t want to be an actor, Alex began working at Manchester based talent agency PHA Icon Ltd and headed up and developed the actors division there for over 9 years until taking the plunge to venture out on her own in 2018!

“I’ll be totally honest, the thought of being solely responsible for my own agency and all those actors under my name was terrifying to me at the time, but I knew in order to gain the agency I truly wanted and felt passionate about creating it was the only way! I wanted to bridge the North/South divide and prove that location was, on the whole, an irrelevant aspect in the industry. I wanted to provide opportunity to the underrepresented and lesser experienced actors who showed such huge raw talent aswell as the more established faces, so we set out to build on the trust of our industry professionals, allowing us to show them we can deliver time and time again and I think I’m safe to say it seems to be working! 😉”

Camille graduated with a BA in Film & Television at The University in Bristol in 2018. Whilst studying, Camille ran her own theatre company on the side, where her love for working with actors began. Since graduating, Camille has worked in talent management for 7 years with various prestigious talent agencies across London.

Now, Camille is very excited to join Alex Priestley Talent as an Associate for the London division. She is looking forward to being a part Alex Priestley Talent’s continual growth. Having worked with actors of all backgrounds, Camille aspires to bring to light incredible unseen talent and help them develop and further their careers. Outside of work, Camille has established a charity organisation, New Wave Fundraising to fundraise for charities across the UK. 

After training in acting at drama school, Laura joined the agenting world at a London boutique agency for 7 years working across TV, Film and Theatre. She worked with clients of all ages and abilities ranging from those taking their first steps in the profession to established performers with decades of experience.

Laura enjoyed working closely with actors to curate and evolve their careers whilst developing strong relationships and is grateful to be part of a brilliant industry. She moved to Manchester in 2023 which she now calls home and is very excited to be joining the APT team and continue doing what she loves.

Casper started out as an actor before stepping behind the scenes into the world of production, working with top companies like World Productions (Line of Duty, Vigil) and Quay Street Productions (After the Flood, Fool Me Once). His journey then took him to Coronation Street, where he rediscovered his love for working with actors—leading him to take the exciting leap into talent representation.

Joining Alex Priestley Talent has been an incredible opportunity, allowing him to be part of one of the UK’s fastest-growing boutique agencies.
